How to change or cancel reservations made on Metropolitan Hotel Website:


Reservation Cancellation:

A customer who makes a reservation through the website will receive a reservation confirmation with a user name and password. Reservations can be canceled through the website category "My Reservations" in the lower part of the homepage.
A customer who has placed an order through the site will receive a user name and password on the order confirmation that he/she made.
The reservation may be canceled from any and all pages of the website through the category "My Reservations" at the bottom of the website page. The customer will be required to enter the username (email address) and password that appears on the reservation confirmation received upon making the reservation.
After entering the username and password, the customer will be able to cancel his/her order using the "cancel" button, and will be subject to the cancellation conditions specific to the reservation.
Reservation cancellation depend on the cancellation policy specified in the terms and conditions which appear on the website and on the reservation confirmation
If your order does not meet the terms of cancellation and the cancellation button does not appear in "My Reservations", you must cancel the reservation by contacting reservation department : +972-3-5192727or by sending an email to:

Changes and updates to reservations cannot be made directly through the website. If a customer makes a reservation and wants to make a change or update his/her reservation, he/she can do so either by emailreserve@hotelmetropolitan.co.ilor

How to Cancel a Reservation:

A reservation made on the website may be cancelled by sending a
"cancellation request"
"Cancelation Request"- A request to cancel the reservation which includes the customer's name, identification number, or, if the reservation was made orally, the additional identifying detail agreed upon when making the reservation.
The cancellation request can be sent in any of the following ways:
a. Orally- by calling reservation department  at +972-3-5430580or at the Hotel Address Trumpeldor st.11 Tel Aviv;
b. By mail- to the address to : Metropolitan Hotel Trumpeldor St.11,Tel Aviv;
c. By e-mail- to the email address  reserve@hotelmetropolitan.co.il

e. On the internet- through the category "My Reservations"
 

Reservation Change or Update:
